Blue Aster offers the more polished dinner option, while Thistle & Rye brings fresh air and rooftop energy to quitting time.
Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum
Dolly Parton Day
For fans who want to celebrate the music behind the icon, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is a must. From 4 to 7 p.m., expect free Dolly photo ops and butterfly-themed activities, along with archival Dolly footage. The evening continues with a free screening of 9 to 5, while the museum’s Dolly Parton: Journey of a Seeker exhibition offers an even deeper look at her extraordinary career.
Federales
Dolly Pink Starburst
Federales in The Gulch is embracing the theme with a Dolly Pink Starburst cocktail priced at a fitting $9.25, plus pink Espolòn ice shots. For something more substantial, order the limited-edition Crispy Potato Tacos, inspired by Dolly’s oft-quoted love of potatoes and served in bright pink beet tortillas with dragon fruit-habanero crema.

Dolly’s Guilty Pleasure
Tennessee Brew Works is throwing an all-day bash complete with live music, prizes, “Polly Darton Bingo” and a dedicated Dolly’s Guilty Pleasure food-and-drink menu. There’s heart behind the fun, too: Metro Animal Care and Control will be on-site for a pet adoption drive because, as Dolly famously said, “if you want true love, get a dog.”

A Pink Toast to Dolly
Few Nashville landmarks are better suited to Dolly Day than The Hermitage Hotel, home to its famously chic pink-and-green restrooms. The historic hotel is joining the citywide pink takeover with specialty pink beverages paired with upscale Southern pastries. Stop in for a toast—and an appropriately glamorous photo op—amid the grandeur of the lobby.

White Limozeen
A Dolly Day Takeover
Dolly is part of the DNA at Graduate Hotel Nashville, where White Limozeen takes its name from her 1989 album. For Dolly Day, the rooftop is going all out with an extended tribute performance by Dolly impersonator and country entertainer Natasha Neely starting at 10 a.m., local pop-ups from The Charm Bar Nashville and Sutton & Suede Hat Co. and live music on the patio. Sip the Sun Tea special while taking it all in; $9.25 from each drink benefits Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.
The Grand Finale
“9 to 5” at 5 and Fireworks at 9:25
Wherever you land, make sure you’re somewhere festive at 5 p.m., when participating venues across Nashville will join together for a citywide rendition of “9 to 5.” After dark, Nashville landmarks will glow pink before fireworks light up over downtown at exactly 9:25 p.m.
The rhinestones, cocktails and glitter make for a fabulous party, but the most fitting way to celebrate Dolly is to follow her lead: buy the drink that gives back, donate a book, support a local cause or simply do something kind. 🦋
