AIRE Takes Over Miami’s Night Landing at the Former Boho Location

Like stepping into a late-night wonderland, the DJ booth keeps the rhythm moving at AIRE.

The music never stops in Miami, and now Edgewater is getting a new nightlife destination,  AIRE, bringing an open-air nightclub and lounge centered on deep, rhythmic and soulful house and electronic music from local and international DJs.

Taking over the previous Boho Miami location, which closed its doors after six years, the new concept, built around variation, has a rotating calendar so regulars never quite know what they’re walking into. No two nights at AIRE will look alike, each one shaped by whoever is behind the booth. As the lineup changes, so does the thrilling energy, and the room seems to change with each beat.

AIRE brings a new rhythm to Miami nights, beneath the open sky.

Owner Jorge Moreno leads the project alongside Louis Puig, the creator of Club Space, drawing a team with years of experience across Miami nightlife operations, booking and programming. The intimate space features a refreshed scene with a new bar, a repositioned DJ booth and an updated menu that makes the address feel less borrowed and more its own.

“AIRE gives the address room to evolve with a fresh identity,” Moreno said. “Keeping the focus where it belongs: on the music, the energy in the room and the people who continue to show up.”
