The Stephen Talkhouse is no stranger to top-tier talent, but this night felt different. SiriusXM returned to the iconic Amagansett venue to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its exclusive summer concert series—this year in partnership with Uber. Past performers have included Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Jelly Roll and more, cementing the annual concert as one of the summer’s most coveted events.

As John Mayer himself knew, a ticket to this intimate performance was no easy feat. Those lucky enough to make it inside were treated to a set packed with fan favorites, including “Slow Dancing in a Burning Room,” “Love on the Weekend,” “Gravity,” and more. Giveaways included an iconic sweatshirt and poster to take the evening beyond the bar.

Brooke Shields attended the star-studded concert.
The crowd was nearly as star-studded as the stage. Howard and Beth Stern, Andy Cohen and boyfriend Kevin Sobieski, Paul McCartney, Stella McCartney, Neil Patrick Harris, David Burtka, Christie Brinkley, Sailor Brinkley Cook, Brooke Shields, Michael J. Fox, Josh Hart, Marcus King, Katie Couric, Shawn Levy, James Dolan, Cristina Cuomo, Jeff Ross and Sal Vulcano were among the familiar faces filling the legendary venue.
Mayer also delivered an unexpected tribute to Dolly Parton, weaving her classic “I Will Always Love You” into the intro of “Gravity.” Between his signature banter, unmistakable guitar work and intimate live performance, the evening proved exactly why this annual show has become one of the Hamptons’ most coveted summer tickets.
