Now, he’s put the 2,800-square-foot property on the market for just under $9 million.

From 2018 to 2021, pop star Katy Perry owned this one-acre property in Beverly Hills, designed by trailblazing Black architect Paul R. Williams. Spanning over 4,400 square feet, the gated residence comes with an oval-shaped pool, outdoor entertaining areas, and a two-car garage. The Roy family on HBO’s Succession once tried to resolve their issues at this 178-acre estate in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In real life, the sprawling desert compound, dubbed Rancho Alegre, just hit the market for $16.5 million with Neil Lyon of Sotheby’s International Realty. Owned by Jochen Zeitz, former CEO of brands like Harley-Davidson and Puma, the renovated estate comprises a slew of buildings that are traditional adobe in style but contemporary in spirit. Among them are the 14,000-square-foot hacienda, a chapel with bell towers, equestrian facilities, a caretaker’s cottage, and an Old West–style jail cell.
Michael C. Hall’s Former Home

Dexter star Michael C. Hall once owned this Spanish-style home in Los Angeles, which is now listed with Sonya Coke of Sotheby’s International Realty for $6.5 million. The actor sold the 5,600-square-foot Los Feliz residence in 2016 to Emmy Ellison of the de Maroc collection, who undertook a total renovation with designer Barrie Benson. Dating to 1923, the five-bedroom villa now sports lavish touches like hand-painted Fromental wallpaper inspired by the mountains of Southern California. An outdoor pool, guest cottage, and three-car garage round out the property.

Frank Lloyd Wright inspired fierce devotion in many of his clients, who fell hard for the legendary architect’s graceful proportions, utilitarian layouts, built-in furnishings, and material palette rooted in the local landscape. That was certainly the case for the couple who commissioned Wright to design his only residence in Tennessee. Known as the Seamour and Gerte Shavin House, the three-bedroom Usonian home has remained in the same family since it was completed in 1952. Now, for the first time in its history, the beautifully preserved landmark home is looking for a new owner. The price? $1.6 million.
