After a short stint on the market last year, Avengers star Chris Evans listed his longtime Los Angeles retreat again. The private compound, set high above Mulholland Drive, is back on the market with a new price of just under $6.4 million. Previously, it was listed at $7 million.
Richard Neutra’s Hendershot House
An award-winning Los Angeles residence by pioneering modernist Richard Neutra is now available for only the second time since it was built in the early 1960s. Priced just below $6 million, the Hendershot House, as it’s known, spans nearly 3,400 square feet. It sits on a wooded parcel with a stream running through it in Nichols Canyon, a secluded section of the Hollywood Hills.
Maurice Templesman’s Manhattan Aerie
Perched atop a prewar brick-and-limestone beauty at the northern edge of Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the former penthouse of Maurice Templesman just hit the market for $5.5 million. The late Belgian-born diamond dealer was the longtime—and final—romantic partner of former first lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who died in 1994. The couple lived together in her Fifth Avenue apartment, and after her death, Templesman spent years searching for a home for himself before landing here.
The Penthouse Cara Delevingne Bought from Jimmy Fallon
Cara Delevingne is taking another shot at selling the Manhattan triplex she bought from late-night TV host Jimmy Fallon. The English-born model, actress, and budding singer just relisted her six-bedroom apartment for $9.45 million. She originally put the Gramercy Park co-op on the market for $11 million last October before shaving nearly $1 million off the asking price in December.
Malin Akerman’s Longtime Hollywood Hills House
The Hunting Wives star Malin Akerman has lived at her Hollywood Hills home for more than two decades and currently shares the four-bedroom property with her son and husband, English actor Jack Donnelly. But now she’s ready for a change—and to be closer to family in her native Sweden. “I’m moving to the East Coast,” she told ELLE Decor. “It’s time for a new chapter.” The actress just listed the Spanish-style house for $2.995 million.
