International Design, a new curatorial online-platform spotlighting collectible design pieces and contemporary art, today announces its official launch with its inaugural physical cultural experience — presenting the exhibition ‘Cosmic Sound’ at the recently opened Nômade Temple Ibiza, from 30 September to 10 October 2026, in collaboration with Soleille Gallery. Curated by Valentina Guidi Ottobri together with Manfredi Moretti and Gabriela Soleille, the exhibition will bring together a collection of unique pieces by international artists and designers exploring the relationship between sound, design, space and emotion.

International Design

International Design was born from a simple conviction: that the most compelling objects in the world sit at the crossroads of art, design and culture, and deserve to be experienced rather than simply displayed. Founded in 2025 by Manfredi Moretti and Jules Guérard, with commercial activity officially commencing in Q2 2026 the platform channels both founders careers spent reading rooms and crowds into a new discipline: reading collectors, spaces and moments.

Moretti, raised in Florence within an artistic and fashion-oriented family, has lived across eleven countries an itinerant life that sharpened his eye for craftsanship and design before he founded Manfredi Style in 2015, curating exhibitions and galleries from Milan to Singapore and leading a successful DJ career under ‘Manfredi 大人’. Guérard, the Paris-born son of a diplomat and a sculptor, brings a career built inside the world’s leading luxury houses like Jean Paul Gaultier, Clarins, Armani Beauty alongside more than a decade performing as a DJ under the alias JESUS across London, Ibiza and Berlin’s nightlife circuits.

That instinct for atmosphere, as well as the understanding of international cultures and luxury markets which the pair individually developed, now, together, shapes everything International Design does, from sourcing rare and limited-edition pieces to staging exhibitions that unfold more like cultural gatherings than fairs. Beginning with ‘Cosmic Sound’ in Ibiza and continuing across planned events in Berlin, Paris and New York, International Design is building a global network of collectors, hospitality partners and cultural institutions establishing a new model for how collectible design is discovered, presented and lived.

‘Cosmic Design’

During the eleven-day showcase, Nômade Temple Ibiza will be transformed into a lived experience. Visitors to ‘Cosmic Sound’ can expect to find a curation of objects traditionally associated with music culture, reinterpreted as collectible works, including remarkable DJ turntable consoles, high-end sculptural speakers, meticulously engineered sound systems, vinyl-first furnishings and site-specific installations. All these aim to contemplate the intersection of craftsmanship, technology, materiality and performance in relation to the way we experience music today.

International Design’s concept for ‘Cosmic Sound’ ties directly back to its founders Manfredi Moretti and Jules Guérard’s own histories as international DJs, making music-driven, immersive programming a natural fit for how they want collectible design to be experienced — not as isolated pedestal pieces, but as part of a wider cultural atmosphere shaped by architecture, hospitality, sound and the people moving through the space.

By shifting attention from sound as an intangible medium to the objects that produce, carry and frame it, ‘Cosmic Sound’ positions audio equipment within the language of collectible design, where engineering becomes craft, function becomes form and listening becomes a spatial and aesthetic experience.

Chosen for treating hospitality as a platform for culture, wellbeing and community Nômade Temple will play host to collectors, artists, cultural leaders and Ibiza’s creative scene together through a programme built around music as a universal connector.

The exhibition will unfold within the central temple of Nômade’s architecture, a striking space defined by earth-toned walls. Here, a distinctive blue stripe running alongside the staircases will mark the path, guiding visitors through a rising and falling journey of pure emotion. The exhibition will flow throughout the temple as a series of individually presented works situated between the different terraces, seamlessly blurring the boundaries between art, design, and music.

Many of these sculptural interpretations of sound will be dynamically activated according to a curated calendar of events, including the triangular speakers by Andrea Mancuso and the wood brutalist throne by 22K designed by Studio S.B from Ukraine.

Programming during the exhibition will include an exclusive preview, opening and closing dinners, sunset sessions, artist conversations, wellness and NeuroArt experiences, live performances and DJ sets, all developed with Nômade’s artistic team.

Exhibition details

International Design’s curation spearheaded by Lead of Cultural Program & Curation Valentina Guidi Ottobri, Co-Founder, President & Curator Manfredi Moretti, and Gabriela Soleille, Founder of Soleille Gallery presents a collection of works that explores each artist and designer distinct perspective on the theme.

Jacob Egeberg reimagines the DJ console not merely as a functional interface, but as a site of natural metamorphosis. At the center of his exploration is a ‘sonic rock’ a raw, organic element transformed into a sculpted object that bridges the geological and the technological. By altering the raw material, Egeberg strips away the conventional boundaries of audio equipment, inviting the audience into a realm of pure imagination. The console becomes a tactile monument where sound emerges from the earth, turning a primordial mass into a vessel for creative fantasy.

Collaborating with Vismara, Jacopo Gonzato introduces ‘Paloma’, a DJ console that beautifully bridges high-fidelity acoustic innovation with a nostalgic, late-1970s retro aesthetic. The piece balances a warm, vintage silhouette with Gonzato’s signature exploration of geometric purity and sound propagation. Rather than letting technology dominate the space, the console frames it within a timeless, sculptural furniture design. Sound becomes a physical extension of form, allowing the audio frequencies to radiate fluidly while the technical source seamlessly integrates into a sophisticated, mid-century-inspired centerpiece

With the ‘X Deck’, Arielle Assouline-Lichten explores the boundaries of form and ephemerality through a striking, minimalist DJ console crafted from polished stainless steel and brass. Designed to interact dynamically with its environment, the console acts as a kinetic mirror. As daylight streams into the space, the mirror-polished metal captures and refracts the sun’s rays, scattering a brilliant interplay of light and shadow. This phenomenon generates an almost cinematic magic, where the raw physical presence of the console dissolves into fluid reflections, turning a technical audio station into an evocative monument of pure light, sound, and material wonder.

Designed for true musical connoisseurs and audiophiles, YONT Studio’s console strips away the superficial to treat sound as raw, architectural weight. Drawing heavy inspiration from the radical aesthetics of classic brutalism and the underground music culture of Berlin, the console stands as a bold, monolithic altar.

Sara Ricciardi’s poetic willow-tree sculpture of hanging golden threads fitted with hydrophones and metal bells, activated by the wind or passersby; and Olivia Steele’s handwritten neon light installations. Rounding out the roster are Emily Thurman’s sculptural bronze and metal bell chimes and Francesco Maria Messina’s stone piece exploring architecture and material experimentation. Together, they form a museum-like journey of craftsmanship, materiality, and performance woven beautifully throughout Nômade’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
