Taylor Swift reintroduced the iconic Plaza Athénée to a new audience in her song “Elizabeth Taylor” last year, but fashion lovers have long held this Parisian classic to be something of a pilgrimage site. Located on a once-in-a-lifetime piece of real estate overlooking the Place de la Concorde in the heart of Paris, the Hôtel de Crillon is in a class of its own. This Parisian palace is allegedly where Marie Antoinette herself took piano lessons, and over the decades it has become an epicenter for couture clients and fashion editors. Today, the Crillon is famous for its Bal des Débutantes—remember when Apple Martin was spotted there in 2024?—as well as its opulent Bar Les Ambassadeurs. There isn’t a bad room in the house, but if you ask us, the ones to book are either of two suites designed by Monsieur Karl Lagerfeld himself.
Ritz Paris

No hotel does gilded glamour better than the Ritz Paris, which has been a global leader in luxury for over 100 years, being the world’s first hotel with a telephone, electricity, and a bathtub in each room. Its fashion credentials run deep: Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel herself lived here for over three decades, and today you can stay in the “Coco Chanel Suite” for a cool €36,000 per night. The hotel is not one to dwell solely on the past, however—its ongoing partnership with Los Angeles-based fashion brand FRAME has set the standard for cool, must-have hotel apparel for the last five years.
Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park

Everyone is talking about padel these days, and a quick trip over to Bali could be your most fashionable introduction to the sport. While most people come to Bali in search of their Eat, Pray, Love moment, fashion lovers should have the island on their radar: The buzzing W Bali — Seminyak just launched “Club Lacoste,” a stunning padel court tucked between the sleek hotel and the lush palm trees of Bali’s most exclusive beach town. Club Lacoste features its own locker room as well as an in-house Lacoste boutique, just in time for the brand’s debut padel collection.
The Mark
New York, New York
The Mark is where New York’s fashion scene feels totally alive. Its Bergdorf Goodman connection is legendary: guests can summon personal shoppers and, rumor has it, gain access to the store after hours. The real coup, however, is its role as the staging venue of choice for attendees of the Met Gala, where VIPs catching taxis from its front entrance has become almost as anticipated and exciting as arrivals on the gala’s red carpet itself. Fashion at The Mark exists beyond the first Monday in May, however—its Mark Bar is Upper East Side society’s go-to gathering place for nightcaps.
Nammos Mykonos

If there is a place where fashion and the beach feel fully integrated, it is Nammos Mykonos. On Psarou Beach, Nammos Village is essentially the best shopping destination in the Mediterranean, with Chanel, Dior, Fendi, Gucci, Loewe, and Saint Laurent boutiques all gathered together, as well as a hotel done up in extravagant Loro Piana interiors. If you’re looking for an indulgent take on Eurosummer—or at least an answer to the question of where on earth you would wear those Chanel naked sandals—this is your spot.
Armani Hotel Dubai

The late Giorgio Armani made history in 2010 when he opened the first Armani Hotel inside Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa skyscraper. Since then, Dubai has only continued to grow in terms of glitz, glam, and influence, and feels as bucket list-worthy as ever. The hotel actually closed in early 2026 for a complete restoration, and will reopen by the end of the year—undoubtedly ushering in a new era of glamour worthy of this iconic address.
