Liverpool DJ and former Spray Shop owner Kyle Chase has absconded from a Cheshire prison while serving a 12-year, eight-month sentence for drug trafficking.
Chase, who DJs under the alias of Eldon, was sentenced in 2024 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to supply heroin, cocaine, ketamine and cannabis through the encrypted messaging platform EncroChat.
Cheshire Police said Chase was last seen leaving HMP Thorn Cross, a Category D open prison in Appleton Thorn, at around 9 AM. Officers are currently seeking information on his whereabouts.
Chase opened Liverpool club Spray Shop in 2023. The 350-capacity space hosted artists including Voigtmann, KILIMANJARO, Rossko, Shonky, Archie Hamilton and Richy Ahmed before closing following his arrest.
